• Campaign/lead data from Facebook/Instagram Instant Forms.

• To send the Free Service Ads Starter Kit and related resources you requested.

• To send occasional emails about ads, marketing tips, and WMA services (you can unsubscribe anytime).

• To improve our site and measure campaign performance (analytics and advertising).

• To follow up about services if you ask or reasonably expect it (e.g., book a call).

Sharing & processors
We use trusted vendors to operate WMA, for example:

• ActiveCampaign (email, automations)

• Meta/Facebook (Instant Forms, ads, pixels)

• Google (Analytics/Drive)

• Zapier (workflow automation)
  These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms/privacy policies. We don’t sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar tech (e.g., Meta pixel, Google Analytics) to understand traffic and improve ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email hunter@willisma.com.

• Access/Update/Delete: Email us to request access or deletion.

• Do-Not-Track / Opt-out of ads: Use your browser settings and the ad platform preferences (Facebook Ad Preferences, Google Ad Settings).

Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Children
Our site and services aren’t directed to children under 13; we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Changes
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new date at the top when we do.
